Ah, mm,here she is. She is Vietnamese American and you probably have to tell her my hair-do (Rachel w/ kids...blah..haha...) I think she did the most excellent job w/ my hair length and you do need to flat ironing sometimes to keep the look. You just can't be lazy when having short hair. I have friend who had a hair cut w/ Jenn but end of not liking it... (I believe my friend is not used to her new cropped, short hair style and she ended up cut her hair all short w/ someone else.) so here is the advice, talk to the hairstylist and see how she styles your hair and try to get used to the look ... if not, try another look next time. ^^
