Yes, I mean "bake", literally. I cook a lot but I don't really bake. Why? Cause' the time it takes me to bake one thing, I can do stir-fry, grill and deep-fry a lot of stuff and everything will be ready for a whole meal for my family. There is no time for me to knead the dough and measure every ingredient. {Oh, well, maybe just because I didn't bake enough.
