Not envy with green!

Green, yellow and cobalt blue never look so harmony together this spring 2012. I particularly love Elie Saab 2012 RTW collection (link underlined) that he uses simple silhouette and monochromic colors to create those breathtaking gowns. Don't get me wrong, I love organza dresses but other than wearing haute couture to Oscar award, I favor those party and lounge friendly tube dresses way better.  Elie Saab 2012 RTW MY ODJ  {Pardon the backdrop as there are way too many cars even in the suburban.} Top: Haider Ackermann oversized jewel green shirt,  Linda Loudermilk organic bamboo asymmetrical blazer,  Bottom: Topshop green wool shorts (bought at Barcelona for Euro 17) Accessory: Chanel 12' yellow classic flap with GHW, Tom Binns 18K gold safety pin necklace, Hermes Mykonos lizard CDC, J crew bracelet, Momo's March wooden bead bracelet Shoes: Charlotte Olympia 11' cat face red velvet wedge platform I love green, and most of my c...

Crunch Time......

If you followed my blog way back 10', you'd notice my house stair rail are brown and it is carpet flooring throughout the second floor. Now it is about time to change, I gave it a face-lift, change it to hardwood floor and paint the rail white to match up my fire place! Something I always wanted to do and finally we go for it. And eventually, hopefully, wishfully that we can change the entire house' flooring by end of this year. Now we crunch time trying to finish the jobs on stairs and hallway at the second floor......then you know what i am going to do?? I am going to give my tiny-itsy-bitsy closet a face-lift too!!!! Oh, well, that has to wait until I am back on 7/24!!!   It's half way done.... The asymmetrical Etoile blouse matches up perfectly again with Linda Loudermilk's asymmetrical blazer!!! The side ruffles now look like a big ruffle brooch/ornament peeking through one side of the blazer!! My Outfit Du Jour 1. Top: Etoile Isabel Marant linen-ble...

Ready to go ANYTIME!!

The other day when our accountant couple came to our house, the husband asked:   "Why do I looked so dressed-up even at home?!!"  Yes, I always do, don't I!!? ^^  Especially we just got home by the time we had a meeting w/ them.  I ever said that I don't have time to change since I am always on-the-go and the time I do stay home is because I have to blog or the minute before the meal time. :P The husband:"What about the greasy, oily smell gets on the clothes??"  Again, he must not already read my blog. :P I said, "I'd buy new clothes anyway or put them into dry-clean....... Besides, I am not a 3-year-old and my cooking skill is not lousy after all!!" hahaha... No particular plan for us last long weekend except for booking hotels, buying air tickets for our Italy and London trip during Thanksgiving in Nov. !! DH said that we have to travel "LIGHT" this time.  I replied: "Oh, sure, I KNOW, I KNOW, of course!!"...
