Summer white look doesn't have to be all white, but at least you have to make the WHITE as a statement color to call it summer white looks. I found some pictures on Internet with different implementation of white pieces, very fun!!  My dear friend, Isabel, gave me the ideas of throwing a white-ish scarf to make the whole summer white look ----- louder!! Winter Lace!!

No one would disagree with me that why we can't wear lace in the winter time, right? As long as you layer it right, it adds another dimensional feminine flair to any outfit.   This is today's basic piece:  Ancient Earl Jean lace tulle top {Does this brand even exist still?}, BCBG Max Azure necklace, reclaimed mink pom pom with sapphire white gold  earring  This morning I was over the top as I was expecting a package from a friend, Shui Chen , from her 2011 fall collection. I purchased a Cowl neck knit vest with leather trim and I have anticipated it since last week to arrive to complete my outfit of the day!! {So, before it gets here, I had a running nose but resisted to put on any layer that wouldn't seem to perfectly fit.} Shui Chen New York (click the link to see the collection)  This is the look when you zip up the vest! {ps. I bought size s which is slightly bigger than my usual size cause' i like to wear it as a vest coat.} {Yes,...

A Venture to Oakland, California.

Rockridge  is a residential  neighborhood  and commercial district in  Oakland, California .  It's also known for being one of the wealthiest parts of  Oakland . ... The main thoroughfare in Rockridge is College Avenue. The College Avenue strip running through Rockridge is home to more than 80 restaurants, cafes and upscale retail stores, including several bookstores specializing in used and rare books....[quote] ...... Rockridge is often mentioned in tourist guidebooks on Oakland and the East Bay.[quote] -- WIKIPEDIA Yesterday Irene's family and we ventured to Oakland and Berkeley for Niel and Heidi's art teachers' Bay Area Talented Artists Opening Ceremony at Berkeley Are Center. Since I have never been to Oakland so it is quite exciting to me as well. ^^ There are so many cute shops, funky shops and cheap shops for clothes, furnitures, kitchen ware....  Vintage Chandelier  Need a Witch's broom for Halloween? lol Blue Bottle...

The Jeans Shorts and the Blazer!!

I am always so meticulous about the details of packing every single outfits w/ its proper shoes. Couple of my friends are visiting Paris soon. They are so proud to tell me that they only need 1 or 2 or maybe 3 pairs of shoes taken along w/ them to Paris!!  Oh, well, I said, there is not much event to attend nor friends to visit, shoes is not important! Money/Cards is the only thing needed to bring along to Paris!! ^O^ Then, I was debating myself: should I fly w/ Maxi dress w/ sandals or shorts w/ heels tonight?  I believe I saw the trend of wearing "long blazer" is coming up this A/W.  Just like last year, I incidentally bought clog heels from Max Mara and it is a HIT all the way to this summer!!! ^^ Somehow I was bored wearing clog and didn't wear much in s/s. Taipei is also a tropical country w/ its sultry weather, I expect to be sticky and sweat a lot first thing I get off the plane!!! :P  OPTION 1 aka My ODJ. I probably don't even need this ...
