Man-repeller!!

As promised, my man-repeller look. Not sure if this also falls into the category of a fashion stereotype??? Season's hottest trend, prints!  Except those pieces are all from past season which might self justify that I am not a chaser of trends blindly.  Even though I have all the past season pieces here, they look quite fresh altogether, right?? Oh, other than a comment from my "male" friend on FB: He thoughts the look is  a blast from the past!!! lol..  Now that I take a second look of it, it actually quite fun. Not so bad, eh??? Well, we do self expressive through our looks, our attitudes, and once you have the right attitude toward things,  anything goes your way eventually. Agree???   Think positive, love yourself, and keep it up!  Karen Walker cape, Karla Spetic yellow shirt, Clover Crayon printed pants, Opening Ceremony platform ivory cork heels.  Enjoy your mid week!! xoxo Rachel

Transitional Look ... Wear your shirt as an outer layer!

Don't forget how versatile your bottom up shirt can be! Yes, you can wear it as an other layer and un-buttomed, thus, a cool, easy chic look is effortlessly achieved! A unbuttoned shirt is a light-weight jacket   Japanese brand, Kapital shirt/jacket with attached scarf, HM bustier, pleated mini skirt, Opening ceremony lace crochet leggings, Proenza Schouler stacked heels, Alaia tote, BCBG necklace, bracelet, J crew earrings Have fun with your unbottoned shirt.  xoxo Rachel

Eat, Play and Leave~~

The post is dedicate to my friends. Time flies and we are leaving for SF tonight.  We are glad that we can get back to our regular schedule in USA, and interestingly, most of my friends from USA are counting on days going back to their home as well. They miss their home very much as well.   I love the life in Taipei but I guess I am used to doing everything on my own such as grocery shopping, cooking, washing/styling my hair, doing my own make-up (no need to glue fake lashes one by one), dropping off/picking up kids,..... and most important of all, my work-out routine. Therefore, I didn't notice I'd be more relaxed with the help from my parents. I enjoy my busy mom life in USA. Besides, we troubled my parents enough and it is time to let them restore their energy until next time. lol.   However, I am glad that not only can I meet up my old friends in Taipei, also old pal from USA. Andrea, who lives in USA, and I have known each other for 7 years after my first son...

Titillating Picture!!

My ODJ 1. Top: Lilith sheer white dress (buttoned at hem as a jumpsuit) 11' Black sleeveless blouse (Made in Korea, bought at a. fad)  2. Bottom: Opening Ceremony knit crochet leggings 11' 3. Shoes: Valentino beige/lace bow flip flops Isabel I worked out and stayed out and about ever since 10 AM till 3:30 PM picking up my son from Chinese school. The only shoes I felt comfortable walking around with is my Valentino beige/bow flip flops. As for Isabel and Fiona (right), they must come out just from home and look all sassy and fresh!! No one believes that we are all Moms!!! ^O^ Be Friends, Love Fashion, Keep Distinct! xoxo Rachel

Day 3 at Kauai, Classic and Vintage!

I am still in PST zone until this morning as I woke up at 6 AM local time 3 days in a row.  But today I am totally exhausted after we got back to hotel after a whole day's expedition. We didn't plan much until tomorrow when the weather gets very sunny. The weather here in Kauai is normally overcast in the morning, but very sunny and humid during noon and then it rains a while in the afternoon. Quite interesting, I must say!  Kids love the pools in the hotel and I did my ritual Yoga exercise in the gym while overlooking the ocean. Love the calm!!  (Moda SWIM white swimming suit.) I love this white bathing suit very much, for its elegant and classic look!  Irene and I worn sister-looking white outfit again..Well, I seem to wear less fabric than Irene does most of the time. {laughing} On Irene: Opening Ceremony  The replica statue of Captain James Cook.    VINCE oversized top Rock & Republic flared jeans BCBG generation ...
