Strawberry Loves to Dance....

Three of us family bought a new pair of sneakers last weekend except hubby and Ilona. Niel and I needed very much as we play tennis and I use my shoes a lot for Zumba and other work-out activities.  Lululemon underpants + Rebook ReeZig. When I browsing today's  Satorialist " On the Street....London Color Story, London"   post, I realized that I have the same color mood  for outfits as people in London.... It was a lovely Sat. afternoon that Irene's family came over to my house for lunch and later on they stayed for dinner as well. In fact, we felt that it is better to let our husbands and kids all to have a play date together while we two girls go to Nordstrom at Valley Fair's Styling Event. As a result, I volunteered to cook for them in order to minimize all the hassles. Not that I am an excellent cook or anything, it is just my believe that a down-home cooking is always an economical and healthier choice. Besides, we have the best toys, Wii, Ipad games at home and even school playgrounds right next to our house.  On the other hand, I was thinking c ould it be possible that we moms are imbued with the guilty of having our own fun here?    lol Ah, I bet my and Irene's dear hubbies (DHs) would have a lot to say and to share about how to entertain 5 young children since they have done this alone when we two are gone for Vegas last year!! /^O^\  You k...

I guess she really doesn't have any idea that HOW many play pals that Niel has outside the school circle. He is so blessed in that aspect!!!   I'd assume Niel probably told his teacher that the reason he missed TWO of his presentation assignments at school is because he has so many extracurricular activities after school.  And on top of that he also WISHES he has more time to play w/ his school-mate.  Well, Well, Well , kids these days are smart!! Way smarter than our time that they know their responsibility and they also know how to TALK off their duty!! ........ for that, I remind myself to make sure that Niel has to take consequences for not doing his homework and to make sure he knows the school work is No. 1 priority no matter what!!
