Past season pieces? Looking fresh again, No Problem!!!

I always find a trendy element from the runway and implement it on my daily wear whenever I dress myself up with all past season pieces. The things is if you get it right, the past season ensemble might look totally fresh again.

Try it yourself.
Zara gray tee with shoulder embellishment, Alice & Olivia denim jacket with ruched sleeves, coral red knitting scarf, J Crew military belt, Catherine malandrino Blue pants, Nicolas Kirkwood Blue heels, Proenza Schouler large PS1 green satchel

The blue pants and blue heels have an elongated affect on my legs...

The ruched sleeves is so retro yet so modern on YSL 2011/2012 cruise collection.

Get ready for Christmas yet?
xoxo Rachel

Rachel! It's been forever. You look just as beautiful as before! I'm glad to see you have grown accustomed to side swept bangs! I started a new blog again after I finally finished school and have time.

I hope everything is going well for you and that you have a wonderful christmas holiday with your family!

Always,

Always Posh in my Own Styles.

I had a busy week, plus the last bits of planning for NYC trip.  Dinner and brunch reservations, and we even bought Hamilton musical tickets. Since we are visiting NYC during Memorial weekend, hope we can find some good bargain shopping in The Big Apple too. One thing I am sure with this girls' trip is we are going to have tons of fun before one of my gf goes to law school this fall. It is a clean slate for her and I am sure it will also be a magnificent journey down the road.
Back to my all time passion: Fashion. I like fine garments and I collect them to do mix and match over past seasons. However, what makes my style unique is intricate cuttings and perfect fitting that flatter my body. I don't follow trends just to claim I am fashion forward. I have my own methods of sorting through marketing injected advertisements for the best seasonal looks. Popularity isn't gained from what brands you wear but what styles you choose to wear. I wear street fashion in discretion just…

Wedge + Clog ! MINE is Clog + Heel!

pic. courtesy from WhoWhatWhere website.

I came across this Max Mara clog heels. I can't help myself buying it.

Now I am very excited.....why? Cause' it is extraordinary. I love the golden studded along the leather and since I don't like wedge too much, this stiletto is perfect for me.

So, did you see the bottom picture to the right? Kate Olsen!!? or Dree Hemingway's looks might work w/ Max Mara clog heels. ( Whose pic. is the very first one w/ fuchsia vest) Normally I am not a copy cat, but this time, I will see if I have something similar like what she wears w/. Yes, that will be a good start to tackle this pair of heels.

How Life is ... How You Respond to it?

After almost a year and a half hiatus, I am back writing my blogs again. There are a lot of memorable activities that happened and I recently moved to another house, which I can say without a doubt, is my dream house. It has a nice swimming pool, great landscapes, and a media room in the basement. I always feel unsettled at first when I move into a new place but once I have a vision of how I can make it my home, I'd start the remodel right away. You do everything you can to make yourself "comfortable" in every circumstance, right?
I am here at Reno now. Not for skiing, not for gambling, but for my girl's volleyball tournament. A lot of you didn't know I have a daughter who's going to be 13 this year and I am so proud of her unique talents. What do we call them?  iGeneration. The most precious years of their life: teenage years. They are mostly on their own, developing their personality, their existence, and identifying their self-worth. All we paren…
