Pick YOUR Pendant - GIVEAWAY!!

This giveaway ended.

As promised, here is the biggest giveaway from my blog ever~ In fact, this gorgeous pendant GIVEAWAY is sponsored by BaroQco Haute Couture Jewelry based in Amstelveen, Netherlands. I had couple personal purchases from BaroQco since last year and I also had the designer, Eduardo, customized couple pieces with my personal favored styles no less. { You can see my BaroQco jade earrings when attending Christian Siriano's trunk show and the other day I am in a Bohemia look.)

His Haute couture jewelry collection is a confection of colorful gems, real Burman jade, Swarovski stones, Minerals and precious natural stones which also matches perfectly with the current trend of big, bold and colorful mood. The whole collection includes earrings, necklaces, bracelets, pendant necklace, rings and from daily wearable to Bridal collection. The market in Haute couture jewelry is undergoing a revolution, and the price is rocketing. Nevertheless, you can always find something intricate from his collection and coupled with a gorgeous price point. He said " Because everything is designed in Netherlands, it infuses the Europe jubilant flair with Asia demure convention where I constantly find amazing inspiration for my collection. I love design things and both precious stones and Burman jades add another level to the whole Haute Couture collection. I can draw the designs which feels and looks like birds, oceans, and even a garden out of those pretty and colorful gems and stones. The idea of my collection is that once you wear them on, you can enjoy wearing them everywhere and everyday not just for special occasion. People are always amazed how stunning and simple the whole look can co-exist in one look even with those so-called Haute Couture jewelry on them. Most of the time, we want to look into our best, don't we?! "

I wish I have a special occasion to attend right now...too bad there won't be any in anytime soon...But the fourth photo from the Bridal collection is really interesting. A mix of everything while still compliment to each other. That what I always do trying to be special & unique. Very beautiful collection from BaroQco! Thanks for sharing!

I love his pieces! I think the second piece will be best for me since it is a statement piece but feminine at the same time. It isn't too overwhelming.

Always Posh in my Own Styles.

I had a busy week, plus the last bits of planning for NYC trip.  Dinner and brunch reservations, and we even bought Hamilton musical tickets. Since we are visiting NYC during Memorial weekend, hope we can find some good bargain shopping in The Big Apple too. One thing I am sure with this girls' trip is we are going to have tons of fun before one of my gf goes to law school this fall. It is a clean slate for her and I am sure it will also be a magnificent journey down the road.
Back to my all time passion: Fashion. I like fine garments and I collect them to do mix and match over past seasons. However, what makes my style unique is intricate cuttings and perfect fitting that flatter my body. I don't follow trends just to claim I am fashion forward. I have my own methods of sorting through marketing injected advertisements for the best seasonal looks. Popularity isn't gained from what brands you wear but what styles you choose to wear. I wear street fashion in discretion just…

Wedge + Clog ! MINE is Clog + Heel!

pic. courtesy from WhoWhatWhere website.

I came across this Max Mara clog heels. I can't help myself buying it.

Now I am very excited.....why? Cause' it is extraordinary. I love the golden studded along the leather and since I don't like wedge too much, this stiletto is perfect for me.

So, did you see the bottom picture to the right? Kate Olsen!!? or Dree Hemingway's looks might work w/ Max Mara clog heels. ( Whose pic. is the very first one w/ fuchsia vest) Normally I am not a copy cat, but this time, I will see if I have something similar like what she wears w/. Yes, that will be a good start to tackle this pair of heels.

How Life is ... How You Respond to it?

After almost a year and a half hiatus, I am back writing my blogs again. There are a lot of memorable activities that happened and I recently moved to another house, which I can say without a doubt, is my dream house. It has a nice swimming pool, great landscapes, and a media room in the basement. I always feel unsettled at first when I move into a new place but once I have a vision of how I can make it my home, I'd start the remodel right away. You do everything you can to make yourself "comfortable" in every circumstance, right?
I am here at Reno now. Not for skiing, not for gambling, but for my girl's volleyball tournament. A lot of you didn't know I have a daughter who's going to be 13 this year and I am so proud of her unique talents. What do we call them?  iGeneration. The most precious years of their life: teenage years. They are mostly on their own, developing their personality, their existence, and identifying their self-worth. All we paren…
