Strawberry Loves to Dance....

I think I am trying to wear the clothes w/ the possibility that I might be packing them w/ me to Taiwan. So I did like yesterday, same outfit but different colors and accessory. This way I don't have to pack much, besides, we all know we can buy pretty and cheap clothes in Taipei. My friend, Pei always brings an extra, empty luggage when she travels back to Taipei just so she can buy as much as she want and bring them back here. hah..... I think I am going to do that this time...an empty luggage for extra vanity. :) I am following a blogger, "About All and Nothing All". I love all the J crew clothes looks so lovely on her and of course, she looks lovely on them too. Then I stopped by J crew and bought couple sale items. I don't have a student ID nor teacher ID so I can't get extra discount on full items. So I am only interested in their sale items. Hum...maybe I should grab my friend, Kitty's DH (a teacher) whenever I want to shop at J Crew. haa.....JK. My ODJ...

Just when everyone is shopping for a bargain, I am still buying things in full price. No worries , it is just couple cosmetics. *sigh*, what can I say, even though I only have my youngest daughter, Ilona, around most of the day, I still have other things to do. So I tend to avoid the crowd and shop early then I will do price adjustment later on during sales. Here, I have to thank all my fabulous mommy friends cause' they keep eyes on those items I bought and call me when they go on sale. I saved quite a lot and even buy new clothes w/ the price of ONE which I had paid prior to sale. I normally won't leave the house w/o my mascara and blush on. So I'd buy a lot of mascara from Target. I love cover girl, maybelline...etc. those over the counter ones. They are great and cheaper so I can replace my mascara every 3 to 6 months. Today, I found this newly lunched blush from Bobbi Brown and can't wait to try it and then had to buy it. lol I had some brushes from like 10 yea...

Yes, I had my 101 shorts on again which I bought from Zara this March. Why I said it is my 101 shorts?! I told my friend, for shorts , I don't need many, just ONE would be good for me for this whole summer. I had couple old shorts from past seasons so I really don't think I need to spend more money on shorts every year. Yesterday, when I go through my closet, I found out that I tend to buy and wear similar colors combination outfit. I had almost the same outfit before as my ODJ but I think different accessories would transform me to a different look. Besides, those colors look really nice together and on me. Don't you think?!! Our children are born in united states so they are automatically become "Americans". However, DH and I were not born in USA and we came here for study at the very first beginning. Then we met and decided to settle down here for the best of our children. Emotionally, DH and I are still attached to our birth place. In fact, my whole family is still back in Taiwan except for couple of my uncles live in Washington State and Canada. I am so excited to go back to Taiwan w/ DH and kids this Sun. I had contacted w/ my used-to-be coworkers. I also had planned to shop for the best bargain and the most fashion forward clothes and shoes there. It is so different to compare the life style here w/ Asia. Asia is famous for its 24 hr. sleepless night, food and entertainment. I would think taking kids traveling is one of the best life education cause' I want my children have an open-minded heart to see everything and to adapt themselves faster in every country. This week is my son and daughter's teacher's appreciation day. Parents have to prepare all sorts of thank-you gifts or show gratitude to the teachers for our children. I have been doing total of 5 pages paper for scrap book which we will give them to the teachers. When I am busy enough w/ my exercise routine, house chores, now I even have to coordinate kids' school activities into our lives. I can't imagine how busy we parents will be when kids all go to school, soccer game, basketball or tennis tournament, ballet performance, or even piano contest. Before we are leaving for Taipei, I already booked summer activities for my son and daughters. Just so I can make sure they are learning something even when we didn't sign up summer school for them. Typical Parents!!! We don't want our kids feeling left behind, not at home, not at school. I want to participate in every single event at school for my 3 children in the future and I hope my children will feel our strong ...

A stay-home mom doesn't have many opportunities or occasion to wear dressy/formal outfits on daily basis . However, I couldn't bear the thoughts that this 3.1 Phillip Lim gray sequined top only made her debut when we girls partied at Vegas last month. Today, I am in a mood to dress myself up but in order to look casual enough for running errands or posh enough to dine at a nice cafe, I came out this ensemble. Here I share w/ you all. One funny thing is DH comes home for lunch as I am editing my blog right now and he asked me "Where am I going w/ this outfit?!! And what do I put on this whole make-up for????? h ah...I said, I intended to do my eye shadows only. But I look sick w/ heavy colors when seeing myself in the mirror so I put some blush on.
