Hi, Mona:
Yes, this we girls' LV trip we would give it a score of 90/100!! Almost perfect ^O^ except for little dramas here and there and I think that also made this trip so flavorful!! ^O^

Thanks, I bought that Helmut top/tunic couple days ago before our trip as I was going to wear sequins skirt to club one of the night but decided not to wear same style(sequin) skirt as one of my gal panned to wear it. But it turns out I didn't wear that to clubbing but came out with different outfit from my past season pieces instead. I love that tunic very much for its whimsical print and drapery look.

Yes, Mae has simple but chic pieces all put-togehter!!

Ha, I actually wore it with Helmut Lang top in that picture already... a little souvenir horn necklace for myself!! Nothing major in this trip. ^O^

Have a good Thanksgiving.

Rachel, I swear I thought it was a horn necklace, but it was hard to tell from the picture!

I bought myself Hermes Lena horn necklace (the short version) recently and I absolutely love it! The only downside is that I was told it is very fragile and can break easily. So I am kind of concerned about that.

How do you find Hermes horn jewelry to be generally? Fragile, or do they hold up well?

Hi, Mona:
I don't remember the collection of my necklace which is sort of the looks of tears in different sizes all over the chain!!
I had only one horn charm necklace so this one is a total different style which I found very versatile!! I can wear it as double strings but yes, probably I have to be careful not to squeeze or hit it while walking around! I have another pair of big horn necklace and they do give me goose bumps when handling them! However, since I like them do much, that minimizes my anxious of wearing them! ^_^ for me, style always comes first!!!
Do u have a pair of Hermes earrings!??
Xo Rachel

No, I don't have any Hermes earrings. The horn necklace is my first piece from Hermes jewelry.

Rachel, can we have some close up pics of the necklace + some outfits styled with it? If you could do that, that would be great!

How Life is ... How You Respond to it?

After almost a year and a half hiatus, I am back writing my blogs again. There are a lot of memorable activities that happened and I recently moved to another house, which I can say without a doubt, is my dream house. It has a nice swimming pool, great landscapes, and a media room in the basement. I always feel unsettled at first when I move into a new place but once I have a vision of how I can make it my home, I'd start the remodel right away. You do everything you can to make yourself "comfortable" in every circumstance, right?
I am here at Reno now. Not for skiing, not for gambling, but for my girl's volleyball tournament. A lot of you didn't know I have a daughter who's going to be 13 this year and I am so proud of her unique talents. What do we call them?  iGeneration. The most precious years of their life: teenage years. They are mostly on their own, developing their personality, their existence, and identifying their self-worth. All we paren…

A Fashion and Gastronomy trip in NEW YORK CITY

I am back from big apple, New York city. I have to say for anyone who loves fashion will love New York city.  My friend and I enjoyed this grand New York fashion and gastronomy trip every minute and every bite.

I probably will do a proper annotation for each pictures but let's just have those pictures up for now.

This sweater from Emporio Armani is love at first sight. All the green, navy and purple and the asymmetrical cut of boatneck make this sweater extraordinary.

From Nice to Monte Carlo to Cannes by Car.

(Couple wording revised)

Hubby and I always enjoy driving in between small cities or big cities or any town in Europe. We never get cold feet even people comment about how difficult or troublesome or scary to drive in Europe. As a matter of fact, my kind of driving is like people in Europe, fast, precise and always look "forward" to the destination - so I enjoy NO speed limit( Actually after I post this blog, the taxi driver in Paris told us that now they do have speed limit in Paris and there are a lot of hidden cameras. )  Ouch~~

The tip of driving in Europe is you always need two kinds of maps, one is printed map while your the other map, electronic one fails. If you plan to stay longer than a week and you would like to visit some other towns near by, it would come in handy to have an Internet service on your phone.  Thus, you can always upload a Google map, or whatever map to guide you through the cities.  There are local phone service and you can ask about their rate of …
