A Dash of Yellow!!

I am loving yellow color very much especially in this season of the year!!

Not many people would dare to work YELLOW piece into the outfit, however, I do find people who wear YELLOW glamorously!!

Absolutely stunning!!

1. Top:
  • H&M yellow turtleneck
  • Talbot tweed jacket (Bought at vintage store for $30)
2. Bottom: TSE high waist pants w/ tapered ankle
3. Accessory:
  • BR edition tassel necklace
  • BR gold studs belt
  • Chanel 08 Gray jumbo Classic
4. Shoes:
Black riding boots bought at Paris

Would you dare to try yellow now?!! :)

Oh the boots and that Chanel bag are stunning!!! The outfit is bold, but not many people can pull it off as well as you have, or at all!

Oh, and thank you sooo much for the advice on keeping yourself busy to stay away from food. I really have been doing that and now is such a busy time of the year:)

Hope everything is going well for you,

Hi, Julia. Yes, this is the busiest season of a year, ..but the thing is how come I feel that I have been eating so much food myself ...must be holidays!! haha..

You know, sometimes I have to take the advantage of being taller and to wear something "unique" .... :) !!

Today I got 3 more ornaments for our Christmas tree and I start wondering if the tree would tumble down in 5 years if I keep adding ornaments every year. haha...

I love yellow accents! I remember Garance Doré made an article about them and you pull it really well! Plus your turtleneck is not too bright for winter!
Looking gorgeous, as usual ;)
I wouldn't wear a complete yellow outfit, but I like just small accents of yellow, like what you did in your outfit. Love your Chanel, the boots and the jacket!

Love the pop of yellow esp. paired w/grey! I wear yellow year round but you can get away w/so much more living in a warm climate. You look great as always!

Oh that coat on the magazine is lovely. Love it! Yes yellow is tricky to wear especially on asians I think because depending on the shade it could make us more yellow? hahaha. But the way you paired your outfit really compliments everything and you look FAB of course like always.
Looking good.

oh, my yellow turtle neck is not bright yellow and I think that's why it is great for winter time and it won't pop out too awkward! :)

Hey, Alice, mom to be...oh, I am very excited for you. Oh, I didn't ask if you know it is a boy or girl already? Or I just forgot that you do reveal in your blog...well, no matter boy or girl, I wish s/he is as pretty as you and as mellow as an angel!!!! :)

hi, Susan: thanks. I don't think yellow make us look more yellow....come on, how could it possible, right, I mean, we probably would look LESS yellow by contrasting!!!!!!!! hah.....ok, yes, one condition, if we don't have ANY foundation, blush whatever on our face, YELLOW wouldn't not make us looking good for sure. As a matter of fact, yellow won't look good for any kind of skin tone cause' it "takes away" our skin tone!!!!!! haha~~

Love yellow and I want some yellow shoes to pop against my dark outfits. The hint of yellow is perfect IMO!
Hi R! Just lovely yellow. I love to add this kind of mustard or muted yellow too for my outfits to pop a little. Brilliant! This yellow will look good with navy or dark purple outfits as well. :D Try it sometime!

Still proper, Fendi leather skirt!

I worn my Fendi skirt to the city for dinner last night. San Francisco's weather is perfect for wearing leather anything.... It is almost windy all the time around the bay and I find leather is the best shield for blocking out brutal wind in the city. I even like it better than wearing a trench coat.

Over the years I acquired enough leather jackets, leather mini skirt and leather pants but I'm lacking long leather skirt in my wardrobe. Not only is the fact that a good looking long leather skirt is hard to come by but also a thought that it might be cumbersome to move around in it. Hum..... but you know what, all these uncertainty is redundant the moment I see Fendi 2015 fall/winter runway leather long skirt with pony hair. Ha~ the right moment comes with the right item, I am grabbing it. If you know which one I am talking about, you know I got myself a double-shield wind-proof skirt. lol.... As you can see I'm very into Fendi especially Monster collection at this moment. …

How Life is ... How You Respond to it?

After almost a year and a half hiatus, I am back writing my blogs again. There are a lot of memorable activities that happened and I recently moved to another house, which I can say without a doubt, is my dream house. It has a nice swimming pool, great landscapes, and a media room in the basement. I always feel unsettled at first when I move into a new place but once I have a vision of how I can make it my home, I'd start the remodel right away. You do everything you can to make yourself "comfortable" in every circumstance, right?
I am here at Reno now. Not for skiing, not for gambling, but for my girl's volleyball tournament. A lot of you didn't know I have a daughter who's going to be 13 this year and I am so proud of her unique talents. What do we call them?  iGeneration. The most precious years of their life: teenage years. They are mostly on their own, developing their personality, their existence, and identifying their self-worth. All we paren…
