Leather Skirt and Skincare Ritual!!

I think it is safe to say that all the leather byproduct such as leather jackets, leather tanks, leather vests, leather capes (hum...I'd love to have one), leather pants (shorts, any sort), leather skirts, leather hats, leather gloves..... are wardrobe essentials. 


I had a pretty inspiration from her outfit.  (A super beautiful model, and a photographer)I don't have a leather shorts yet but I so much want to get one now!! :P

  • Chanel 08' star brooch
  • Marc Jacobs (past season) white aviator sunglasses
  • some complimentary golden bangles from NM

4. Shoes:
Chloe ankle wrap sandals in nude/tan

Today we took kids to SF zoo and had a great time w/ Renee's family again. The difference of this time from last week is hubby came along and we had a great food in B STAR restaurant!!!

The very special salad that I never had before is Tea Leaf salad... the tea imported from Burma.

The very dark..... olive green stuff is TEA.... they will mix every salad in front of you!!

All the food is wonderful and I will let yourself to explore when you are in SF city!!!

I thought that my skin gets brighter and brighter (even skin tone) these days and I'd love to share couple things w/ you!!
(ps. no foundation, no compress powder anything, only NIA 24 sunblock mixed w/ Lara Mercier tinted moisturizer as the base)

Those 3 things are my current ritual skin regime .... 
The DDF, Chantecaille, and NIA 24 mineral niacin sunblock (which Oprah highly recommended)!! 

Try them if you like.
I have almost done my packing and will share w/ you tomorrow!

hha..Kareen, I wish I can record what we done at Power Yoga and TRX classes...as the instructor is awesome. (experienced and knows how to build up every single tiny muscles of your body to make your figure LEAN and LEAN and balance.) She is very good instructor in our community and I see her as a treasure since I never pay extra dine for personal training for any other extra class fees!! ( I think a lot of awesome instructors hidden in the community center in every city and you just have to "find" one for yourself. ^^

hum..let me see if I can make that kind of post efficient and comprehensive!! :)

Try it, it literally seals your skin and give it a healthy glow (but somehow mix w/ tinted moisturizer works best for me than apply it alone!!)

Hi Rachel, long time no "write"!! I just want to thank you for taking time to show us your everyday outfits...and your sense of humor!!

Besides exercising, how could you maintain such a slim figure, and always full of energy? Well, I know you're born with that....gee...so jealous! :) :) :)

I truly learned quite a lot from you. Have a fabulous time in Taiwan!!!!

Rachel - Thanks for sharing the tip on the makeup/skincare. As you can probably tell, I'm such a doofus when it comes to makeup and it's good to know what other people wear to look natural but still chic.

Did I mention I'll be heading to Vegas for a girls weekend away?! :) I'm going with a bunch of mommies again this year and we'll definitely be hitting the clubs. It's intimidating for me though, since I don't know how much to do my face to look more clubbish. Last year, I had to ask one of the moms to help with everything! LOL. Maybe you can do an Youtube lesson on easy makeup (eyeshadow, blush, and lips) one day, when you have time.

I'll be checking out that website now. Thanks!!

Btw - The B* restaurant looks very delish! I just went to a similar one in Richmond district called "Burma Superstar" and it was sooo good too. They also had the tea leaf salad. :D

Wow, that sounds very exciting, as we girls are talking about should we do the same thing again or visit Japan instead!! Hope you girls/moms have fun in Vegas!!!

Michele: do you do any exercise at all? If you don't, I will order you to find a GYM and buy some sexy work-out clothes to start!! :)

I just read a magazine this afternoon that anyone wants to lose weight by doing YOGA, 4 times a week is an ideal to strengthen core body and tone muscles....geez, strictly speaking, no wonder I think I gain "weight" (I know, muscle weights more too!!) instead of losing it. hah....
Anyway, I think everything takes "efforts" no matter what it is!!! RIght!?

Rachel!! Yes I do exercise. But I do power yoga only once a week and power walk on treadmill, maybe twice to three times a week. But still...

I am also envious of your energy level!! I would be all dead if I have to take care of 3 kids, driving them here and there, AND at the same time, dress up nicely!! :)
