I found this opulent bib necklace at Anthropologie last weekend and I love it at the first sight....for both its price $69.95 and the amazing craft work in India.

Haider Ackermann
I don't think you would categorize him as a minimalist just because he plays abundantly on different textile, and exhibits well-adepted cuts through his collection.

I can only say.. ... he knows women! xoxo

Below is a message I received this morning through FB.  I felt I am much flattered from head to toe. (Ah, I am so shallow you must think that of me. :P) Anyhow, I think once a while it would be great to listen to some GUYS opinion about fashion, or even tidiest bit of their point of view just about anything, isn't it!!!

Hi Rachel,
i read your fashion blog about cut-out leggings and thought it was great. You are an inspiration: an amazing and beautiful mom who has time for both her kids and the aesthetic side of life too! I totally adore your Chanel clutch, btw!
Anyhow, just wanted to say hi, and that you look fantastic in your home-made cut-out leggings!
ciao, Brian

Girls, I can't stress enough that take great care of yourself in any way you can!
xoxo Rachel

Hi R! I love your necklace! It's so gigantic! LOL! But love the dramatic look of it. Nice choice! Do they still have any left in the store?

Anyway, I also love purple and yellow combination. Or purple and lime green...:D In fact, these are my upcoming birkin color combo choice for next year.....hehehehehe! They are really lovely together. Great outfit!

BTW, I've started to update my blog...will post my new shoe loot soon! We're twins in some of them....teehee!

Have a nice week ahead!

Cheers,
Mia

P.S. BTW, have you ever thought of being a stylist as a profession? I mean your kids are growing up and it's nice to have a career that you love. Think about it...:D

Love this bold necklace on you and it goes well with your purple tunic. I actually saw this cute one at Anthropologie the other day and not sure how to pair it with my outfits - but you did it! Welcome back (a belated greeting)^^
Gorgeous statement necklace Rachel!
Hi, Mia:

Hope you get to enjoy your BIRKIN soon! ^^ I am sure it will look stunning..just by thinking of those colors!!!!

Oh, right, I'd love to see what shoes you bought in Pairs as Isabel bought one pair of shoes... (very cheap n' little brand there) but it seems her friend loves very much! ( i haven't seen them.)

hah..right, I should start thinking of doing something of my dream..even I don't go into fashion industry, I want to take classes about merchandising or just French class to kill time when this fall they are all gone to school during the day!! ^^
Wow, so Amelie, you were looking at that necklace? You know, just because the price is right, I couldn't resist it. I was kind afraid of asking SA to pull it out from the display box as they normally a bit more expensive.... but thank GOD, not this one!! ^^

Thanks. We all adjust back well and start my NORMAL life again...:P
Thanks, Mike. oh, right, you probably are the OTHER guys read my blog!! ^^

Black Swan Part ? - My Gray Swan and the Party!!

Natalie Portman in Movie: Black Swan. (pic. source: Officer trailer from YouTube .com) I have been inspired by Natalie Portman's character in this movie-- Black Swan . She is an awesome actress and I can't wait to see this movie in Nov. I didn't intend to copy everything from her character but the make-ups does seem incredible "Halloween-suitable" to me.  My Halloween theme: 3 kiddos go to trick-or-treat at " Dr. pumpkin Susses ' haunted house". ^O^ More highlight of my creation.... Twilight poster - "eclipse"...haha..  My Gray Swan make-up! I use black eyeliner for the outline of the feather.  Bobbie Brown newest eyeshadow : Black velvet and dab w/ The Body Shop silver-gray eyeshadow for more definition.  I could do better next time for more details on feather!! Last Steal Before s/s 2010!!

It has been a while since the last time DH and I went out for a DATE!! Well, I guess a real DATE is just too luxury for us having 3 young children and it always needs a special arrangement for it to happen. Ilona won't go to preschool until this fall so hopefully by then, DH and I will have more romantic date-out alone!!! DH's Porsche is manual and I have no problem of driving it too. Thanks to my driving coach back in Taiwan so I can drive both manual and auto-shift cars!! :) I am not so into cars personally!...... IT to me is one kind of transportation means from destination A to destination B. :) Ilona sits pretty cozily at the back seat! Finally there is my Chanel 08' pink crystals brooch. My ODJ. 1.
