1st Day in Florence/Firenze --- So Much in Fashion!

Our last brunch in Rome we found this tasty, cute cafe "Turi & Tana" near our hotel, Excelsior!

Kartell "Victoria Ghost" Chair design by S+ARCK.
I so much want to steal one chair home w/ me.... the waiter looked me wired when I snapped this picture of those chair..but I just can't help it!! :P

We are at Rome Station waiting for our train.
On me, black turtle neck, All Saints "smoke" brocade leather jacket w/ tail, black wool tights, Vintage find 70' leather skirt w/ buttons in front, Ethic boots in moss green, Gap felt hat, Hobo International distressed messenger.

EuroStar 1st class takes only 1hr. to Florence.

A great view outside our hotel window...except I do wish they could clean the river!!

Streets in Florence is much much nicer than in Rome. ..

Only a duplicate of "David" status.

Ah, ha, never had any difficulty finding a Chanel store.... ^O^

This taupe/brown is an interesting color!! I'd wish they have lambskin instead of this distressed patent leather!

mini classic flap in patent blue... lovely!!

I cant' believe I see RED here!!!

I think they are the most lovely white and gray Chanel. (oh, except for Cmy distressed matte white reissue. :P)

Should I go tomorrow???????
 Lanvin for HM Florence, Italy.

Haha about stealing the Ghost Chair - I wanted to do the same last time I visited HK IFC mall. They have them for mommy in the nursing/change room inside the Ladies washroom! Plus, they decorate the whole room with mirror & white granite! So, did you wake up early & line up this morning?! =D

Hey Rachel!

So much fun following your adventures in Italy so thanks for updating so often. Are you kinda glad that you didn't bring your Chanel shearling boots now that you found these awesome Ethnic boots to wear in the rainy weather?

Your shorts/tights/blazer look has been a tres chic way of traveling so far. I'm super impressed with how well your family is doing with site-seeing, shopping, and just absorbing the beauty of Italy.

The Lanvin for H&M craze is on high gear here. I've been reading about lots of crazy stories women go thru to get to their desired pieces. Hopefully, it's more tame in Firenze!

I remember loving the shopping and the vibe of Florence so much. Enjoy, be safe, and have fun!

hey, girls:

We are having so much fun in Italy. First, I admit Florence is much fun than fashion aspect. But Vanticano is one of the must see in the world. Either one can't miss.... next time, we should leave kids at home and visit Vernice alone.

I want to listen more about HM crazy store...haha.. I heard Yu got a lot since she bought herself.....tons of stuff which I can't understand WHY~!? :P Anyway, I would say the media and people are crazy and peep pressure is another fact push those blindness craze to the top. ha ha..

You girls have a great Thanksgiving!!

Still proper, Fendi leather skirt!

I worn my Fendi skirt to the city for dinner last night. San Francisco's weather is perfect for wearing leather anything.... It is almost windy all the time around the bay and I find leather is the best shield for blocking out brutal wind in the city. I even like it better than wearing a trench coat.

Over the years I acquired enough leather jackets, leather mini skirt and leather pants but I'm lacking long leather skirt in my wardrobe. Not only is the fact that a good looking long leather skirt is hard to come by but also a thought that it might be cumbersome to move around in it. Hum..... but you know what, all these uncertainty is redundant the moment I see Fendi 2015 fall/winter runway leather long skirt with pony hair. Ha~ the right moment comes with the right item, I am grabbing it. If you know which one I am talking about, you know I got myself a double-shield wind-proof skirt. lol.... As you can see I'm very into Fendi especially Monster collection at this moment. …

How Life is ... How You Respond to it?

After almost a year and a half hiatus, I am back writing my blogs again. There are a lot of memorable activities that happened and I recently moved to another house, which I can say without a doubt, is my dream house. It has a nice swimming pool, great landscapes, and a media room in the basement. I always feel unsettled at first when I move into a new place but once I have a vision of how I can make it my home, I'd start the remodel right away. You do everything you can to make yourself "comfortable" in every circumstance, right?
I am here at Reno now. Not for skiing, not for gambling, but for my girl's volleyball tournament. A lot of you didn't know I have a daughter who's going to be 13 this year and I am so proud of her unique talents. What do we call them?  iGeneration. The most precious years of their life: teenage years. They are mostly on their own, developing their personality, their existence, and identifying their self-worth. All we paren…
