Vintage Beads Necklace by Elfi Altendor!

I could never get enough of this green/jade color.

"Paris" Vintage Acrylic beads, Lucite and Italian glass beads, Sterling silver cable chain and ball magnet clasp!

The exquisite necklace and earrings are handcrafted by my beloved costume jewelry designer: Elfi Altendorfer.  Soon she will travel back to her hometown: Austria and couple other Europe countries for her jewelry show.  Therefore, I had to visit her and her "gorgeous pieces" before she is gone for a while.

No, I can't wait for her coming-back and I am glad I didn't!!

Hi, there,

I was just in San Francisco this past weekend with my family. We went sightseeing and managed to fit in a visit to San Francisco Zoo. My daughter loved it there!

We did so much walking that my feet are still killing me. It was exhausting, but definitely a worthwhile and fun trip!

Congrats on your necklace, the colors are lovely!

When are you leaving for your trip? I'll send you e-mail with travel tips about London this weekend.
hey, dear Mona: Please do send me some "must-go" places since we will only be there for 2 days. Mainly the trip is dedicated to Italy and we'd stay there for 13 days. ^^

Ah, you know, you should have called me or at least email so I probably can have a family lunch/ or just me w/ kids.. ^^ But I am glad that you enjoyed the trip and kids too AND that's the most important thing when traveling w/ WHOLE family!!

Out trip is 11/13... London ..here we come. ^O^

Black Swan Part ? - My Gray Swan and the Party!!

Natalie Portman in Movie: Black Swan. (pic. source: Officer trailer from YouTube .com) I have been inspired by Natalie Portman's character in this movie-- Black Swan . She is an awesome actress and I can't wait to see this movie in Nov. I didn't intend to copy everything from her character but the make-ups does seem incredible "Halloween-suitable" to me.  My Halloween theme: 3 kiddos go to trick-or-treat at " Dr. pumpkin Susses ' haunted house". ^O^ More highlight of my creation.... Twilight poster - "eclipse"...haha..  My Gray Swan make-up! I use black eyeliner for the outline of the feather.  Bobbie Brown newest eyeshadow : Black velvet and dab w/ The Body Shop silver-gray eyeshadow for more definition.  I could do better next time for more details on feather!! I also add a fake eye-lashes w/ white dots for more fun and dramatic!! Voila~ my Gray Swan .... w/ Alaia gold lace-up heels! ^^ A full house of ...

Last Steal Before s/s 2010!!

It has been a while since the last time DH and I went out for a DATE!! Well, I guess a real DATE is just too luxury for us having 3 young children and it always needs a special arrangement for it to happen. Ilona won't go to preschool until this fall so hopefully by then, DH and I will have more romantic date-out alone!!! DH's Porsche is manual and I have no problem of driving it too. Thanks to my driving coach back in Taiwan so I can drive both manual and auto-shift cars!! :) I am not so into cars personally!...... IT to me is one kind of transportation means from destination A to destination B. :) Ilona sits pretty cozily at the back seat! Finally there is my Chanel 08' pink crystals brooch. My ODJ. 1. Top:  Dimension Victorian style white shirt dress RUGBY military inspired coat et vous fur coat 2. Bottom: Dolce Vita denim cut-out leggings 3. Can't Have Enough of Alexander Wang -- The Skirt n' Coco Duffel Bag!!

My parents came yesterday evening...and yes, my mom did bring over the Chanel classic jumbo I bought for her!!! My heart palpitated so fast after seeing her carrying that THEN-Mine-NOW-HERs bag!! lol  I really love the classic look of Chanel!!! Well, I know you must think that I could either trade or borrow that classic jumbo from her, but I just don't know how to ASK!! So I think I will wait till next spring and see if boutique, NM or SAKs would order Chanel matte black reissue 226 w/ gold hardware!!!!!! Wish me luck then!! Anyway, here is the look of me today!!! I must say it is hard to resist loving Alexander Wang Coco Duffel bag and obviously HE is getting so popular this season. A girl ran to me when we were crossing an intersection in SF city today just because she wants to know where did I get the Coco Duffel bag!!!! lol I am glad I had a fur vest on... it gets so chilly in SF city! I am only holding a pair of Alexander Wang's combat black heels... sat...
